What was the challenge?
Pathfinder has traditionally used outreach cold calls to control their marketing strategy, This was a costly exercise in a very competitive market, there was no offer diversification, lack of trust to new to brand customers and a very difficult funnel to navigate for potential customers.
What did we do?
We went back to basics and relay understood their customer, the life time value and worked out that certain niche areas in their product meant we could focus on marketing to specific industries and building a halo effect around search marketing, linkedin social media, google pay per click and qualified email outreach.
What was the outcome?
The outcome was a refined strategy with growing numbers and double conversions in the first three months, our work is still ongoing and we aim to build pathfinder into a serious forex and commercial lending partner in the UK over the next 12 months
